CAREER EVIDENCE THAT GROWS WITH EVERY STUDENT
Each lesson turns a career conversation into a finished piece of work students keep. From kindergarten through 12th grade, students build a portfolio that shows how their interests, skills, and plans grow over time.
Every grade band covers four strands of career education:
Start with the grade band that fits your students: K–2, 3–5, 6–8, or 9–12. Each band builds on the one before it, so students who start in kindergarten keep adding to the same body of work as they grow.
Every grade band includes lessons designed for that age group, from discovering RIASEC Superpowers in the early grades to building and revising a career plan in high school. Students create a different kind of artifact in each one, such as a written reflection, an interview, a presentation, or a graphic organizer.
Lead the activity with individual students, small groups, or your whole class. Each lesson includes questions to keep the career conversation going and an at-home extension that brings families in. Lessons can be adapted to each student’s interests and needs, including students with IEPs and English learners.
Use the included rubric to evaluate the finished artifact, then save both in the student’s portfolio. Over time, the portfolio becomes a record of how each student’s interests, skills, and plans have grown.

A HOME FOR EVERY STUDENTS CAREER EVIDENCE
Artifacts work best when they follow students from year to year. We help your team set up your learning management system, such as Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas, to store, organize, and carry student artifacts forward, so teachers can find them easily and students can see their own growth.
We help you build a portfolio structure in your existing, or a new, LMS for each student, organized by grade band, so every new artifact has a clear place to go.
Teachers upload finished artifacts and rubrics in a few steps, using the system they already know.
Portfolios carry forward as students move between grades and schools, so years of work stay together in one place.
