RIASEC Card Deck

Six cards, one per RIASEC theme. Each names a type in plain language, Thinkers, Creators, Helpers, then lists what those people like to do and careers they might pursue. Students sort and rank the deck to identify their own themes.

A full-color poster that establishes a common career language. Six themes, each named in plain language with a checklist of what those people like to do, so students can identify the themes that answer the question, who are you? Option for either the K-2 or 3-12 verison.

Forty-eight questions organized around four stages: Who Are You? How Are You Growing? What Are Your Options? Where Are You Headed? Twelve topics give educators ready prompts for any moment, from a student's strengths and values to their goals and dreams.

Activity Guides

Guides matched to your grade level. K-2 teachers build career language and habits with younger students. Grades 3-12 teachers drop fifteen-minute activities into any class period and follow a thirteen-activity pathway of chat prompts and reflection.

Job Card Deck

Fifty careers, each on its own card with the tasks, skills, tools, and job outlook that define it. Cards are color-coded to RIASEC themes so students can trade, sort, and swap as they explore what different work actually looks like.

Career Image Card Deck

Fifty images across a wide range of themes, paired with questions that invites students to respond. Images give students an entry point when they are still finding words for their interests, and connect what they see to their RIASEC themes.

Career Identity Poster Set

Six sketchbook-style 8.5" x 11" posters, one per RIASEC theme, filling the wall with the hobbies, work settings, and skills that belong to each. Three questions on every poster keep it going: where could this take you, where can you see this in action, who do you know?
