The certification is built on the framework of Career Connected Learning: that it belongs in everyday instruction, continues over time, engages families, draws on community partnerships, and helps students own and develop their plans.
These five benchmarks shape every lesson you'll complete. Together they turn career conversations from a one-time event into a consistent practice, woven through the classroom, the home, and the wider community.
