First, review our Connect the Work lessons! These lessons are based on recognized career development theories and feature evidence-based career readiness design elements. Lessons focus on student personality types and traits, motives and behaviors developed from interactions and other experiences, and on setting goals and reflecting.

Next, view some of our custom implementation designs for a variety of scenarios. These implementation solutions are curated from the core 48 lessons. Each solution includes context, grade levels, time commitment, and outcomes. Examples of initiatives we can customize to support include STEM, GATE, and Global Competence.
