The majority of individuals in K-16 environments haven't had specific training in career readiness skills, career counseling, and long term development of workforce readiness. Similarly, teacher preparation programs provide little or no formal training in teaching career readiness and promoting workforce skills in their credentialing programs.

We train you to not only use the lessons within the curriculum, but to understand the importance of them as well. We'll support you in developing the essential skills you need to ensure your students are given the education and abilities necessary to thrive in life and career.
